L’Externat-Chavagnes reçoit l’accréditation Erasmus+ et développe son pôle international
C’est avec plaisir que nous annonçons l’obtention de notre accréditation Erasmus+.
Une nouvelle aventure s’ouvre désormais à nous grâce à cette reconnaissance qui va nous permettre de poursuivre notre engagement d’ouverture à l’international.
L’Externat-Chavagnes a franchi une étape significative dans son engagement envers l’internationalisation de l’éducation en recevant l’accréditation tant convoitée par Erasmus+. Cette reconnaissance marque un tournant majeur pour l’Institution Catholique Externat-Chavagnes, ainsi que pour ses établissements affiliés : le Collège Externat des Enfants Nantais, le Collège Chavagnes, le Lycée Externat Chavagnes, et les Prépas Externat Chavagnes BCPST Véto et ECG.
Erasmus+ est un programme de l’Union européenne qui soutient financièrement une variété d’actions et d’activités dans les domaines de l’enseignement, de la formation, de la jeunesse et du sport. Il vise à enrichir l’expérience éducative des élèves et des personnels en leur offrant des opportunités au-delà des frontières nationales.
Concrètement, cela signifie que nos élèves auront la possibilité de participer à des programmes éducatifs et culturels favorisant l’échange interculturel.
Cette reconnaissance témoigne des efforts soutenus de l’Externat-Chavagnes pour promouvoir une éducation ouverte sur le monde et offre de nouvelles opportunités pour enrichir l’expérience éducative de nos élèves.
Parallèlement à cette accréditation, l’Externat-Chavagnes développe son pôle international en poursuivant les diverses actions initiées :
- L’obtention des distinctions telles que le Label International et le Label Euroscol,
- La poursuite d’enseignements spécifiques tournés vers le monde tels que la classe English Class, la Classe Europe (Anglais-Allemand/Anglais-Espagnol), la préparation au BAC américain, l’atelier chinois… découvrez l’intégralité des enseignements tournés vers l’international ici,
- L’organisation de nombreux séjours linguistiques et culturels durant l’année scolaire, proposant une diversité de destinations allant de l’Angleterre aux États-Unis en passant par l’Espagne, l’Allemagne, ou encore Taïwan,

Externat-Chavagnes receives Erasmus+ accreditation and develops its international center
We are pleased to announce that we have obtained our Erasmus+ accreditation.
We have now a new adventure before us thanks to this recognition, which allows us to widen our opportunities for international cooperation.
Externat-Chavagnes has taken a significant step forward in its commitment to the diversification of education by receiving the coveted accreditation by Erasmus+.
This recognition marks a major turning point for the Externat-Chavagnes Institution, as well as for its affiliated establishments : Collège Externat des Enfants Nantais, Collège Chavagnes, Lycée Externat Chavagnes, and Prépas Externat Chavagnes BCPST Véto – ECG.
Erasmus+ is a European Union program which financially supports a variety of actions and activities in the fields of education, training, youth and sport. It aims to enrich the educational experience of students and staff by offering them opportunities beyond national borders.
Consequently, this means that our students will have the opportunity to participate in educational and cultural programs promoting intercultural exchange.
This recognition demonstrates the sustained efforts of Externat-Chavagnes to promote an education open to the world and offers new opportunities to enrich the educational experience of our students.
In addition to this accreditation, Externat-Chavagnes is developing its international center by emphasizing the existing actions :
- Obtaining distinctions such as the International Label and the Euroscol Label,
- The pursuit of specific courses focused on the world such as the English Class, the Europ Class (English-German/English-Spanish), preparation for the American SAT, the Chinese workshop… discover all of the courses focused international studies here,
- The organization of numerous linguistic and cultural stays during the school year ranging from England, United States, Spain, Germany, and even Taiwan,
These initiatives illustrate Externat-Chavagnes’ ongoing commitment to offering its students an education anchored in an international perspective, thus allowing them to flourish in an increasingly connected and diverse world and to nourish the values of tolerance, respect and openness.
